Requirement Communication (1-2 working days): This is the starting point of all collaborations. Your dedicated customer service manager will conduct in-depth discussions with you to understand in detail your product characteristics, brand positioning, target audience, budget range, and expected delivery timeline, ensuring we fully comprehend your vision.
Solution Design & Quotation (3-5 working days): Based on the communication results, our professional design team will begin conceptualizing and provide you with 1-3 original packaging structure and graphic design solutions (with renderings). Simultaneously, our engineering team will conduct a process assessment and provide you with a detailed and accurate quotation.
Sample Confirmation (5-7 working days): After the solution is confirmed, we will initiate the physical sampling process. You will receive samples that are identical in quality to mass production items, allowing you to tangible feel the materials, craftsmanship, and structure. We support sample modifications until you are 100% satisfied.
Mass Production (Duration depends on order quantity): After the sample is approved, the order enters our intelligent production workshop. The entire process is tracked and managed using an ERP system, with every production step strictly adhering to the ISO9001 quality management system to ensure mass-produced products highly consistent with the approved samples.
Quality Inspection & Logistics Delivery: Before leaving the factory, products must pass a final comprehensive inspection. We use professional protective packaging materials to ensure goods remain intact during transportation and can be delivered safely and on time to your specified location according to your needs.
